Buy with confidence knowing that we stand behind the products that we sell. In addition to the manufacturers warranty, we will EXTEND the manufacturers warranty by 2 full years!
This extended warranty applies to ALL BRANDS featured on our site. Warranty is valid for two years from date of purchase.
We will replace any fixture that fails to operate due to defects caused by poor craftsmanship, assembly and materials used. If you encounter any technical problems with your fixture, send it back!
Warranty excludes replacement of glasses, fixtures, and/or bulbs which have become damaged due to mishandling, improper installation or use, or the free replacement of lamps which may have been provided with certain fixtures. The extended warranty does not apply to orders over $5,000.
Original proof of purchase is necessary to redeem a claim.
Policy is subject to change: if a product is discontinued the warranty will not cover the replacement of your fixture. For warranty claims or further questions regarding our warranty policy on all products, contact sales@lightingdesignpros.com
