1 Week or you get $40!

• We guarantee delivery of this line in 1 WEEK or less for orders over $200.  We will issue you a $40 credit off your order if we do not meet the 1 WEEK delivery.  Orders under $200 will accrue $5 per day that the order exceeds the 1 Week Delivery deadline.  Refund guarantee is capped at the lesser of $40 or 25% of the order amount.

• The Free 1 WEEK delivery guarantee applies only to shipments within the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from the guarantee). 1 week delivery guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on the 1st of the month at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on the 9th of the month and an order placed at 9:30am on the 1st of the month would be guaranteed to arrive on the 8th of the month.  If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 1 week delivery guarantee is calculated from the following Monday.  Holidays are not counted as a business day.

• Quick Delivery only applies on standard lamping options and standard product configurations.

• If your product happens to be on back-order we will notify you of the back order status and remove the Quick Delivery charges from your order. On all back-order items you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment.

• We are unable to guarantee 1 Week Delivery on Canadian orders or orders shipping to Alaska.  If our 1 Week Delivery option is requested on a Canadian order or an order shipping to Alaska, the fee will be refunded and the products will ship as quickly as possible.
