If you find a lower price, anywhere else on the Internet, on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at Lighting Design Pros or within 14 days after your Lighting design Pros purchase—and we'll honor the lowest price and beat it by 50% of the difference. The item must be in-stock and available for purchase at that price from a company located in the U.S. who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.
How do I calculate my Price?
It's easy to figure out what your price will be. For example, if you buy a product on our site for $200 and find it on another website for $180, we will match the $180 and give you 50% of $20 (the difference), giving you a final price of $170!

- Lighting Design Pros will only price matches against prices found on competitor’s Internet site.
- The item must be identical. For example, it must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty. It must also have the same model number and contain the same components.
- Shipping and handling charges are included. Proof of the other company's shipping and handling charges MUST be supplied on the competitor’s site. We will not call and confirm shipping and handling charges.
- Proof of the total purchase price MUST be presented to Lighting Design Pros. Proof can be in the form of a screen shot of the final screen or a fax of the final screen. The screen shot must clearly identify the total purchase price including shipping and handling charges. You must contact us by phone prior to faxing/emailing at 1-888-866-9989 for a Price Match Authorization. Submission must clearly show final purchase price, date, and URL link. Faxes/emails without Price Match Authorization or unsolicited faxes/emails will not be considered. Incomplete proof of submission will not be considered.
- Lighting Design Pros reserves the right to verify another company's product availability and price before issuing a price match guarantee. Lighting Design Pros reserves the right to limit price matching to only those retailers authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product and who are in compliance with the manufacturers documented terms and conditions.
- Available coupons and rebates will be deducted from the Lighting Design Pros price to come up with a net Lighting Design Pros price when calculating the price match.
- Certain manufacturers may be excluded from the price match guarantee at times. Lighting Design Pros with consider price match claims with these manufacturers, but does not guarantee a price match. (Click here for a current list of excluded manufacturers.)
- We price match almost everything. We don't price match items sold at special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, or liquidation sales), discontinued items or on Internet auction sites. We also don't price match California taxes and typographical errors.
